Whatever the trouble you might be having, this is a very good place to start.

If you updated your records and cannot find them or a document you uploaded is missing, first things first.

Clear out your cache memory.

Your browser keeps a local copy of all the webpages you have been through so it doesn't have to load them all over again when you make a request for them thereby making your requests faster and reducing data consumption. However, you can tell your browser to foget those information and pull the latest page for you. To do this, you need to clean your cache.

Follow this link to clear out your cache memory and reload the page. NOTE! You might have to log in again into the system because your cache is cleared and every other information in it.

You don't need to re-add any information you've previously added. They will be automatically loaded with the page.

The maximum allowable size for your passport photo is 324kb and you can only upload png and jpeg format pictures. Other image formats are not allowed. We recommend you resize your passport photograph using windows paint. Check here for detailed instructions on how to resize your photo.

If you have previously created an account on the portal and can't access your dashboard, click on the forgot password link on the home page or click here to get a link to reset your password. You will be prompted for your email address which you used at the point of registration, enter your email address and click the send password reset link button. You should get an email with a link that redirects you to reset your password. Click the link and follow the instructions to reset your password.

We recommend you use a password you can easily remember to sign in to the portal.

To reduce your data consumption, your browser stores a local copy of the different registration pages on your local device. This might cause some of the informations you updated not to reflect on your dashboard. However, this does not mean your passport photo is missing. If there was no error uploading your passport photograph then it is still intact in our systems and if you would like to be certain of this, log out of the portal, clear your cache and log back into the portal. Your passport photograph and other information should be properly displayed now.

Make sure you are not logged out of the system by reloading the page before uploading your files and preferrably we recommend you use a desktop browser to make your file upload due to memory limitation of mobile devices.
